Accreditation as a Training Provider with a SETA (Sector Education Training Authority) is a complex process which requires a range of policies, processes and systems to be in place. The most important requirements of accreditation are as follows:

  • Quality Management System(QMS)
  • Registered Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators
  • Course material which has been aligned to the qualification and branded with the providers logo's
  • Health & Safety Site Compliance

Managing Operations for start up providers

Once accredited, the real work starts! We walk the journey with all start up training providers for a period of 6 – 12 months. We train their staff on implementation of the Quality Management System as well as implementing assessment and moderation activities. We also ensure the training provider is confident in the learner upload and external verification processes.
