Development Services
WSDP is passionate about providing impactful skills development solutions to their clients. The South African business environment is plagued with red tape and bureaucracy.
Companies are expected to comply with various legislation which includes the Skills Development and SETA Acts, B-BBEE and Employment Equity, these are all critical for true and effective transformation.
Our team of specialists assist companies with maximizing and achieving their B-BBEE spend by providing creative and impactful solutions across the Skills Development, Procurement and Social Economic Development initiatives. We provide SETA accreditations and walk the journey with start up training providers in ensuring they are fully operational once accredited.
Learning Programme Management
We provide learning programme management services to assist companies in ensuring all evidence required for B-BBEE is gathered in one place and learners are registered on the correct programmes with the various institutions and SETA systems. Managing these programmes are often very overwhelming for the HR/Training Managers tasked to manage this, over and above their current role.
Through implementation of these programmes, we strive towards ensuring all parties benefit; learners are upskilled and exposed to employment opportunities, SME’s benefit from gaining additional resources they do not have to pay for and under B-BBEE, the measured entity gains the absorption points.
Bursary Management
We have partnerships with various Higher Education Institutions across South Africa and are able to source learners who will become potential bursary beneficiaries. We also have a database of over 900 learners who require bursary assistance.
YES Programme
We are experienced in implementing the YES programme. We track the learners and motivate them to complete their YES modules, we source the hosting sites and manage Yes induction and registration.
Development of Graduate & Internship Programmes
We develop unique Graduate & Internship programmes geared towards development of a well rounded graduate during the 12-36 month programme. We focus on building Corporate Athletes conditioning them for the workplace.
Learnership/Apprenticeship/Internship Management
We have partnerships with small-large training providers who offer skills programmes, full qualifications and learnership programmes. We provide a full solution from recruitment, placement, support and management for the learner in the workplace.
We also provide support to the supervisors responsible for managing the learners. For companies who are not able to host the learners, we source hosting sites and provide support to these sites to ensure absorption points can be claimed through the permanent employment of these learners at the end of their programme.
Training Providers
We assist training providers with accreditation services, whether you are a start up Training provider, applying for accreditation for the first time or if you are already accredited and require assistance to add additional qualifications to your profile.
We develop the full QMS (Quality Management System), source the facilitators, assessors and moderators as well as the learning material required for the qualifications.

- Monitor the implementation of your WSP and provide monthly written feedback reports.
- Advise and source accredited training providers for implementation of training.
